Luke's Weekend in Abilene

We took a trip to Abilene to see Uncle Joe graduate from ACU and had a great time. Here are some pictures of Luke & his cousins; Gray, Thomas & Will at Perini Ranch in Buffalo Gap, great food & a very fun place to play!

Here's Uncle Joe, way to go!

We also went to Mr. Gatti's & Luke had so much fun playing on all the fun toys!

The Ticket Baseball Game

Luke enjoyed a baseball game at Rough Riders stadium, the players were all from our favorite radio station, 1310 The Ticket. Luke had so much fun with his favorite twin girls, Ava & Shae Quesenberry & their parents Marcus & Andi. Here is a picture of Marcus, Andi with Ava & me & Luke & Shae are having a meaningful conversation by themselves. We do think Luke tends to hang out more with Shae & Andi did have a dream that they get married, so I'm glad we got a few pictures of their first baseball game together! In the video Luke is having a blast on the grass hill, no words needed!

Luke meets Gunner's puppies

Luke met all of the puppies and thought they were very cute. He would pat one on the head and that was all he really wanted to do with them. The puppy on the grass is Gunner Jr. We are still deciding if we are going to keep one of the puppies but Luke thinks they are a lot of work!

Thursday

School Days

I asked Luke's Teacher, Ms. Marla, to take some pictures of Luke playing today. He is very busy & if his mouth is open, like in some of the pictures, then he is talking! He is so funny & is saying new words everyday. This week he said "bread" when he was eating his lunch. Luke is also discovering how to climb on everything & then he claps! Never a dull moment around our house!

Yum.... A kid size Frosty

Luke loves to eat & he has discovered the delicious Frosty at Wendy's. He likes to do everything by himself these days, especially eat. We had to wait until the Frosty melted a little bit so he could drink it because he wouldn't let us feed it to him & it kept falling off his spoon! Luke's Daddy used to share his with Luke but we discovered that they have a kids size so now Luke gets one of his very own & of course he eats the whole thing!

Tuesday

Gunner's Puppies

Luke wanted to share the happy news that his best friend Gunner is a daddy! His girlfriend Holly had 10 puppies, 7 boys and 3 girls. We are very proud of him and here a some pictures of the sweet puppies. Let us know how many you would like to adopt!

Day Out with Thomas

Luke & his cousins, Gray & Thomas, enjoyed a great day with Thomas the Train! Luke's Honey & Paw Paw (Ben's parents) & Aunt Hil ~aka "DoDo" & Uncle Joe & Aunt Mer were along for the ride too. Luke's great grandmother "GG" had the best time of all! Luke was so excited that everyone came to visit him & we all had a great weekend.
